Project Description
This large manufacturer of construction machinery needed pavement that would withstand the day-to-day heavy loads and traffic. This company specified 10″ pavement and utilized 8.0 lbs./CY of FORTA-FERRO® macro synthetic fibers. Unlike traditional steel reinforcement, FORTA-FERRO® offers impact resistance, crack reduction, and aids in holding any potential cracks tightly together. The end result for clients using FORTA® macro synthetic fibers is a more durable and tougher concrete slab.
