FORTA-FERRO® was used to reinforce three slab placements for a cattle feed storage facility at a dairy farm in Angelica, Wisconsin. Fiber was used to replace specified #4 rebar for all three applications. The ability to control cracking, improve site safety, and reduce project costs are benefits of using FORTA-FERRO®. Natural liquid acids leach from cattle feed and often deteriorate concrete. The non-corrosive properties of FORTA-FERRO® added a significant advantage to the slabs.
