The FORTA® 4-C's Fiber Characteristics for FORTA® CAST-MASTER® are:
Configuration — heavy-duty twisted-bundle fibrillated (net-shaped) fiber
Chemistry — 100% virgin polypropylene natural white in color
Contents — typically dosed at 1.6 lbs. per cubic yard of concrete
Correct Length — available in 3/4", 1-1/2", 2-1/4", and 2-1/2" lengths
FORTA® CAST-MASTER® is a unique twisted-bundle fibrillated (net-shaped) fiber that mixes quickly and evenly in most all precast concrete mixing systems. Due to the heavy-duty nature of this fiber, FORTA® CAST-MASTER® is a viable alternate to non-structural handling steel reinforcement in a wide variety of precast products.
The twisted-bundle configuration allows for quick mixing and even distribution, even at longer fiber lengths, which is valuable to the toughness of many precast products.

FORTA-FERRO® - "Strong as Steel"
FORTA-FERRO® represents the next generation of structural synthetic fiber reinforcements. A blend of high-strength, copolymer monofilaments and fibrillated polypropylene bundles, this fiber offers the maximum in toughness and post-crack behavior, and allows for a much higher replacement level of conventional steel reinforcement.
