The FORTA® 4-C's Fiber Characteristics for FORTA® ULTRA-NET® are:

Configuration — heavy-duty twisted-bundle fibrillated (net-shape) fiber
Chemistry — 100% virgin polypropylene with tan color added
Contents — typically dosed at 1.6 lbs. per cubic yard of concrete
Correct Length — available in 3/4", 1-1/2", 2-1/4", and 2-1/2" lengths

FORTA® ULTRA-NET® is a unique twisted-bundle fiber that mixes and distributes extremely well in the concrete, even at desirable longer lengths. Due to the heavy-duty design, FORTA® ULTRA-NET® easily acts as an alternate to non-structural temperature/shrinkage steel reinforcement in a wide variety of flatwork, precast and shotcrete applications.
As the first synthetic fiber in the U. S. market in 1978, this premium-performance fiber excels in uniform mixing and resulting crack control. The added color blends well with cured concrete, assisting efforts to minimize fiber appearance on the finished surface.
